FAQ

Straight answers, no offer.

I teach in public. The private portal handles any qualified-investor materials. I keep that line clear on purpose, because blurry lines are where people get sloppy.

Is this website an investment offer?

No. I built PR Steinfurth Equity as an education site. Specific opportunities, if any, are available only through a separate qualified-investor process and confidential offering documents.

What is an accredited investor?

For individuals, common tests include income over $200K individually or $300K jointly in each of the prior two years with the same expected this year, or net worth over $1M excluding a primary residence. There are also license and entity tests.

Do I have to be accredited to learn here?

No. The education is free and open to everyone. Investing in private offerings is different, and qualification requirements apply there.

How do I get access to deals?

Start by learning. Then we connect, confirm fit, and route qualified investors through a private portal. This public site does not show live offerings or deal terms.

What is the minimum investment?

Minimums vary by offering and are not listed on this public education site. Any actual terms belong in confidential offering documents.

What are the main risks?

Illiquidity, leverage, execution risk, market risk, sponsor risk, capital calls, and possible loss of principal. I want those risks in plain sight before anyone starts feeling excited.

What is the difference between PRSE and the private portal?

PR Steinfurth Equity is where I teach. The private portal is a separate qualified-investor lane where private materials may be reviewed through the proper process.

Still getting oriented? Start with the guide.

It explains passive multifamily investing, return mechanics, risks, and the operator-vetting questions people skip when the story sounds good.

Educational only. Not an offer to invest. Email is optional for updates; public resources stay public.
