Let's find out if we're a fit.
I work with accredited investors. Here's exactly what that means — and how to start a conversation. This is the front door, not a pitch deck or an offering.
You may be accredited if any of these is true:
- Income over $200K individually (or $300K jointly) in each of the last two years, with the same expected this year
- Net worth over $1M, excluding your primary residence
- Certain professional licenses in good standing (Series 7, 65, or 82)
- Entities (trusts, LLCs, funds) that meet the SEC asset or ownership tests
Not there yet? Totally fine — the education stays free and open to everyone, forever. Here's the honest roadmap to getting there: the accreditation guide ->
This is a plain-English overview. The SEC's definitions and the verification process control.

Tell me a little about your goals. We'll talk, I'll answer your questions, and together we'll figure out whether this is a fit — no pressure either way.
Submitting this form starts a conversation only. It is not an offer, a commitment, or guaranteed access to any investment.
How the process stays clean
No rushed pitch. No document uploads here. Start with context, then follow the proper path.
